For the treatment of anal fissure

Sohn’s™ Dilators are designed to perform Standardized Anal Dilatation. Standardized Anal Dilatation is a highly successful treatment for anal fissure, with lower rates of impaired continence compared to lateral internal sphincterotomy. Success rates for anal dilatation to 40 mm for six minutes are 83% to 88%.3,7 Standardized Anal Dilatation avoids other complications of sphincterotomy: bleeding, abscess, fistula and chronic pain. Sohnísô Dilators are also useful for gentle dilatation during all anorectal surgeries. Three dilators comprise a set; 30, 35 and 40 mm diameters. They are autoclavable, lightweight and durable.
